GEPAN member Angelique Temaul, delivered stationery and other school material to a village representative, including water bottles and school bags. The initiative was created in 2016 to support education of young children, especially from modest homes, by alleviating back-to-school expenses.

Pakuri Village – St. Cuthbert’s Mission is a predominantly Amerindian community of Arawak descent and is known for it’s beautiful landscape, cultural activities and art.

This event was made possible by the charitable contributions of the private sector and the diaspora. Over two hundred and sixty (260) children from ten (10) communities in Regions 1, 2 and 4, benefited from the program this year.
